Also, dealers in card games may not deal the cards by hand but must deal them by a specially designed device and must comply with division rules. Also, no licensee or permit holder shall allow key employees to wager in a casino or simulcasting facility.
If a license holder accepts postdated checks in payment for participation in a gaming operation, he or she must ensure that they are in compliance with the applicable laws. If they are found in violation of these laws, a licensee or permit holder may be forced to revoke the license.
